Job Description: The purpose of this position is to provide assessment, clinical direction, person centered supports/plans and training for clinically complex individuals and those who support them within their communities. CSS Behavior Analysts have the lead role to steer the outcome of services for persons referred to CSS.
Individualized multi-discipline training and technical assistance are provided to community providers and other professionals to enhance their abilities to manage difficult behavioral issues, divert placements from restrictive settings (such as regional treatment centers, jails, security or psychiatric hospitals) when safely possible, and assist the care provider, support network and/or community resources to increase the stability of the person living in the community. Community providers may be considered as one group home or a corporate agency with multiple settings. This position functions as a regional representative to Forensic CSS to assist with the tracking of, monitoring of, and treatment plan implementation for individuals with MI & D designations on provisional discharge from a state operated facility.
Given the integrated nature of CSS work, the BA3 functions as a problem-solver using a person-centered point of view to influence effective care coordination and system change. The BA 3 functions with expertise in behavioral assessment and interventions and with consultation as needed from colleagues with complementary expertise and integrates that expertise for a positive outcome for clinically complex individuals.
Minimum
Qualifications: To qualify, you must have:
__A bachelor''s degree in the human services field (e.g., behavior analysis, psychology, social work or related field) AND
__Professional experience developing treatment plans and applying behavior modification treatment techniques in a mental health environment.
AND have knowledge of:
__Program planning requirements sufficient to monitor and guide the efforts of others in completing treatment plan components on a timely basis.
__Behavior modification principles sufficient to author and guide the efforts of other employees in the design, documentation and implementation of positive and behavioral reduction programs.
__Professional and ethical guidelines, federal and state laws, and Department rules governing the practice of behavior modification sufficient to ensure that the design of treatment plans is appropriate and that treatment plans are implemented correctly.
__Community resources and approaches to assessing the treatment service delivery potential to ensure successful community placement
__Case management sufficient to ensure that treatment requirements for assigned residents are met on a timely basis. Policies and standards governing the treatment of vulnerable residents sufficient to develop plans for their protection.
__Training methods sufficient to ensure that program delivery staff learn and understand the purpose and methods of implementing individual program plans.
__Assessment instruments & measurement principles sufficient to develop valid, reliable measure of client needs.
__Medications and medication control procedures sufficient to identify behavioral problems related to medications.
AND have the ability to:
__Design, organize and conduct projects and programs
__Describe program procedures to clients, representatives, relatives, professionals and other service providers and program implementation staff orally and in writing so the efforts of the treatment team are understood and focused on documented needs and programs are implemented correctly.
AND
Must possess and maintain a valid Minnesota driver''s license.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
