Job Description:
Manage tool, equipment, and supplies inventory in company shop.
Coordinate and track equipment and tool usage to allocate to projects.
Delivery of tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
Maintain and repair certain company tools and equipment.
Coordinate larger tool and equipment repairs/maintenance with outside vendors Assist with basic construction projects and tasks on jobsites on occasion Assist in property management duties of company-owned and associated properties Skills and
Qualifications:
Basic construction skills and understanding Experience operating tools and construction equipment.
Strong Communication skills- verbal and written Organizational skills Attention to detail Self-motivated and work ethic Willing to learn and desire to advance Must have current and valid driver's license Compensation Package:
