This position is located in Cambridge, MN.
Schedule is Monday-Friday with a rotating on-call schedule.
compensation is $21.
00/hr When joining our team, you will play an important role by owning the following tasks:
Miscellaneous Maintenance & Carpentry Grounds upkeep and snow removal Interior painting Plumbing Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable Cleaning/maintaining common areas Responding to work orders in a timely manner Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests Working as a team to maintain our communities to the highest standard Attending and engaging in weekly meetings to discuss upcoming move-ins, move-outs, and overall team expectations Working closely with the housekeeping team to ensure apartments are ready for all move-ins All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents.

years in multi-family housing preferred Dry walling including painting and carpentry Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures HVAC certification strongly preferred EPA certification strongly preferred Boilers special is strongly preferred Required
